We provide training both in the full functional scope of a given area supported by the system (Finance, Distribution, …), as well as “tailor-made” training, explicitly prepared according to the defined needs of the client. Training can be held at the client’s premises or our training rooms. The trainers have extensive implementation experience – during training, they not only impart theoretical knowledge but also share their expertise by addressing many practical issues. During training, participants learn about the system’s capabilities using the trainer’s knowledge and the documentation provided to each participant. We also support our clients when they need to make changes to the system (e.g., due to the changing business environment). We organize workshops to analyze and work out the best solutions.
