“Extended Technical Consultancy” is a package of services that make up the multidirectional service care of our customers. It includes, but is not limited to:

  • Allowing notifications to be made during defined time windows using specific means of communication
  • Prioritization so that requests are resolved optimally in terms of time and cost
  • making a diagnosis of reported problems based on their descriptions
  • Preparing solutions or workarounds for reported problems
  • Providing answers to questions about documented functionalities and their parameterization
  • Assist end users in performing the complex-to-use processes implemented in the system
  • Oracle JD Edwards system administration
  • performing database audits

We execute requests and communicate with users in Polish and English. “Extended Technical Consultancy” is aimed at customers who prefer more advanced service packages and are looking for solutions that allow less involvement of their resources.
